How do I order a customized sign/item from you?
You can order a sign/item from us by filling out the survey located on our "Forms and Ordering Information" page. Once we receive the survey we will be in touch through the email address that you have provided.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns as each product is a custom piece. We highly recommend reading the agreement that you agree to when you will out the order form. This lists out our terms and information that you need to know for your sign/item.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Please send us an email with the amount that you would like and a short explanation of who the gift certificate will be for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We can accept cash at this time but may work with you on accepting Venmo if needed.
How do I care for my outdoor sign?
There are certain measures that can be done to help preserve the quality and look of your sign:
-Keep your sign in a place out of harsh conditions.
-Check over your sign for any wear or tear frequently.
-If you see any mold/mildew on your sign, try lightly cleaning it with a mild soap (Dawn) and damp cloth.
-If there are any cracks or peeling of the varnish, lightly sand the area to take off the peeling. Please do not sand down to the wood! Then apply a coat or two of an exterior varnish. Wait a few days before returning the sign back outside or in direct sunlight.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Each sign is made with quality paints, stains, varnishes, and woods. While we have done our best to protect your sign from any damage, Bushel and a Peck Farm cannot guarantee or warranty any of our products, especially those placed outside. There are many factors that can damage a sign (Extreme high or low temperatures, moisture, hail, damage by animals, etc.) and because of this, we cannot provide protection from all of them and so we cannot guarantee or warranty our products
